Challah Superfood French Toast
Indulge in my dad’s famous, clean-ingredient Challah French Toast recipe that’s not only satisfying but also keeps you feeling amazing and energized! Packed with superfoods, this recipe will curb your French toast cravings without the sugar crashes or bloating.
We enjoyed it the other day, and I thought I’d share how he makes it. Save this recipe so you can try it at home! It’s a family favorite.
Ingredients:
3 slices of Challah Bread
2 Eggs
Splash of Cashew Milk
Cinnamon
Salt
Pure Vanilla Extract
2 tablespoons melted plant-based butter
Directions:
Scramble the eggs together with all ingredients except the NUTSÓLA.
Soak thick-cut slices of challah into the egg batter.
Sprinkle the NUTSÓLA onto one side of each slice.
Place the NUTSÓLA side down onto a heated pan.
When ready to flip, sprinkle more NUTSÓLA on the other side, then grill until golden.
