We understand our products are not for everyone and sometimes it takes your taste buds adjusting to eating clean. We hope you give it some time to see the results. If for some reason you aren't truly satisfied with NUTSÓLA we offer a 100% Happiness Guarantee. While we can’t accept returns of any consumable product being that its food, however we will offer a replacement or issue a refund to you. This is available for online orders only.
Our policy lasts 30 days from product arrival.
Additional Terms to be eligible for the NUTSÓLA 100% Happiness Guarantee: you must submit the following to info@nutsola.com:
- Your Name and Order Number indicating product arrival within 30 days
- Actual photograph of the NUTSÓLA product
- Your feedback in terms of why the product did not satisfy you
This offer only applies to the purchase of NUTSÓLA product with maximum refund or replacement value of $56.00, excluding sales tax and shipping cost.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
