All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
We offer $9.95 flat rate shipping in USA only excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Shipping Schedule:
Same Day Shipping Cutoff:
Any order placed before 10am EST Monday - Friday will go out the same day. Chocolate orders placed on Thursday + Friday will be processed the following Monday excluding holidays.
Chocolate Orders:
Shipping chocolate in the hot months will require insulation and gel packs in order to prevent melting. In addition, we'll only ship Monday - Wednesday in order to prevent being stuck in a hot facility. We want your DÄT Chocolate to arrive in perfect condition!
Non-Chocolate Orders:
Non-chocolate orders will ship Monday-Friday as they do not require insulated packaging.
Adverse Weather, Delays, Public Holidays etc:
If we are aware of impending weather conditions such as heavy snow, hurricanes, storms, road closures etc, and/or public holidays that have the potential to impede/delay shipment or delivery of your order, we may choose, at our discretion, to hold your order and ship at the next available opportunity.
Where We Ship:
We ship to any location in the 48 adjoining U.S. States.
We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, to APO/FPO addresses, or internationally currently. We hope to in the future! Shipping costs have currently been a deterrent. Please message us if you want a custom quote support@nutsola.com .

Receiving Your Package:
When you receive your package:
- Your signature is not required at the time of delivery and your package will be delivered without a signature
- Please keep chocolate below 65°F and recommend if buying 2+ Cases to place in fridge. DÄT Chocolate is extra special due to being free of preservatives or hydrogenated oils. This cleaner ingredient label makes our chocolate more sensitive to confectionery quality concerns. For this, we recommend stored below 65° F and kept away from heat or direct sunlight.
- Please keep Date Glazed and Savory Nuts in a cool area below 75°F as they are both dehydrated products.
- Superfood Mixes and Superfood Bites can be left at room temperature.

While we can’t accept returns of any consumable product being that its food, however we will offer a replacement or issue a refund to you. This is available for online orders only.
Our policy lasts 30 days from product arrival.

- Your Name and Order Number indicating product arrival within 30 days
- Actual photograph of the NUTSÓLA product
- Your feedback in terms of why the product did not satisfy you
This offer only applies to the purchase of NUTSÓLA product with maximum refund or replacement value of $56.00, excluding sales tax and shipping cost.
Similarly, if any products were found to be damaged upon arrival, the wrong item was shipped, or some other issue occurred with your shipment, please contact us and we will work with you to correct it.
Limitations of Liability:
We are not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control or local carrier miss-scans.
We are not responsible for information provided by customers, particularly inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order information is accurate and complete, particularly billing and shipping addresses; and for making sure that all packages are received in a timely manner, with all products immediately refrigerated or frozen upon arrival.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
To change or cancel an order:
- Find your order number, and send us an email to at support@nutsola.com
- We will do all that we can to help you, including making any necessary modifications, refunding your money, or holding your order until you’re ready.
- We cannot cancel or make changes to an order if it has already been shipped.
