Ingredients:
• Pomegranate seeds
• Chopped pistachios
Directions:
Melt the chocolate (double boiler or microwave, 30-sec intervals).
Line a 6-cup cupcake pan with parchment liners.
Add ~2 tbsp melted chocolate to each cup.
Add 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds + 1 tbsp pistachios on top.
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
