Mornings should start with this recipe everyday!

Ingredients
1 small or 1/2 large sweet potato
1/3 cup almond flour
1/4 cup cassava flour
1 scoop of furtherfood collagen (optional)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking soda
cinnamon
nutmeg
3 tbsp almond milk
wild frozen blueberries
Directions
Mix 1 small or 1/2 large sweet potato mashed (can microwave or bake)
Add 1/3 cup almond flour 1/4 cup cassava flour, 1 scoop of @furtherfood collagen(optional), 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, 3 tbsp almond milk.
Folded in some wild frozen blueberries after batter was mixed well!
Spoon onto heated griddle or pan (I melt coconut oil in pan first) and patiently waiting to flip!
Topped with caramelized banana (sauté in coconut oil for about 10 sec each side) +@nutsolaofficial Vanilla Almond superfood mix + a maple syrup drizzle!
