Ingredients
1 Ripe Banana
1 Egg
1 tbsp Almond Butter
2 Boiled Pitted Dates
1 tsp Coconut Oil
1 tbsp Almond Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Scoop Collagen (Optional)
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
Cacao Almond NUTSÓLA Superfood Mix
1/4 Cup Almonds
Directions
1. Using a hand mixer: mix banana, egg, almond butter, dates, coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract
2. Then add and mix: collagen, almond flour, baking soda, and cinnamon
3. Stir in NUTSÓLA and walnuts
4. Pour your mix into an oiled mini skillet
5. Sprinkle extra mix and walnuts
6. Bake at 350ºF for 25-30 min.
7. Optional: top with vanilla ice cream
