1 Scoop of @livwell__nutrition Vanilla Protein

1/2 Frozen Banana

1/2 Cup of Frozen Berries 

1/4 Cup of @stonyfield Yogurt

@herbalgoodnessco Bamboo Extract (supports healthy hair, skin, & nails)

Almond Milk to Blend

Cacao Almond NUTSÓLA (topping)

Frosty Frozen Berries (topping)

Coconut Flakes (topping)

Hemp Seed Hearts (topping)


  1. Combine protein powder, banana, frozen berries, yogurt, and bamboo extract in a blender
  2. Add almond milk and blend until ingredients are fully combined 
  3. Transfer from the blender into a bowl
  4. Top with NUTSÓLA, frozen berries, coconut flakes, and hemp seed hearts
  5. Enjoy!
