3/4 Bag of Peanut Butter NUTSÓLA Superfood Mix
3 tbsp Water
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup + 1 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
4 Pitted Dates
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Dairy Free Chocolate Bar
1. Bottom Layer: Peanut Butter NUTSÓLA Superfood Mix mixed with water. Blend in food processor. Press into muffin pan.
2. Caramel Peanut Butter Layer: Combine peanut butter, 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, maple syrup, pitted dates, vanilla extract in a saucepan and whisk on medium heat until dates melt in. Let cool- the sauce will thicken.
3. Top Layer: Heat a dairy free chocolate bar with 1 tbsp coconut oil in 30 sec increments until melted. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
4. Put in freezer between applying layers! Once top layer is finished, refrigerate until set.
