Ingredients (makes 6)
2 Bananas
1 Egg
2 Tbsp of Maple Syrup
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 Cup of Gluten Free Flour
1 tsp of Baking Powder
Cinnamon
Banana Nut NUTSÓLA for topping
Directions
- Whisk together the banana and egg until combined
- Add maple syrup, and vanilla extract
- Stir in the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon until combined
- Pour the mixture into a muffin pan and bake at 350º for about 18 minutes
- Top with banana nut NUTSÓLA
