INGREDIENTS:
• I can chickpeas
• 1 cup pumpkin purée
• 1/2 cup Vanilla Almond Superfood Mix (grain-free granola)
• 1/4 cup almond flour
• 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
• I tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp sea salt
• 1/4 tsp vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
Add all the ingredients except our Vanilla Almond Superfood Mix into a food processor or blender. Once all the ingredients are blended, add the mix into a bowl with our Vanilla Almond Superfood Mix, almond flour and mix well. Freeze for an hour, and serve! Add additional superfood mix as a topping and enjoy!
