1/2 Cup Quick Oats
1/3 Cup Riced Cauliflower
1 tbsp Primal Kitchen Vanilla Coconut Collagen Fuel
1/2 tbsp Organic Date Syrup
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
2/3 Cup Water (or milk of choice)
Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Greek Yogurt
1. Mix quick oats, riced cauliflower, vanilla coconut collagen fuel, organic date syrup, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and water in a microwave safe bowl, then place in the microwave for a minute.
2. Mix your oats again, then microwave for another minute.
