The vanilla chia - oatmeal pudding uses simple but healthy ingredients to create a delicious breakfast. Ingredients (yields 5)

2 Cups of Rolled Oats

3 Tbsp of Chia Seeds

1 Can of Coconut Milk

1/2 Cup of Water 

1 Scoop of vanilla protein

1 Tbsp Cinnamon

1 Tbsp Maca Powder (optional)

Cherry Max NUTSÓLA (topping)

Coconut (topping)

Fresh Berries (topping)

Directions

  1. Mix together the rolled oats, chia seeds and coconut milk
  2. Once combined, add the water and vanilla protein powder and mix
  3. Add in cinnamon, and maca powder and stir until completely mixed
  4. Top with NUTSÓLA, coconut, and fresh berries
  5. Enjoy!
