Ingredients
1 Banana
1 Egg
3/4 Cup of Coconut Sugar
2 Tbsps of Maple Syrup
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 Cup of Gluten Free AP Flour
1 tsp of Baking Powder
Cinnamon
Banana Nut NUTSOLA
Directions
Whisk together banana and egg until combined
Add in sugar, maple syrup and vanilla extract
Stir in the flour, baking powder and cinnamon
Pour into a muffin pan and bake at 350 for about 18 minutes
